Questions, answered
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. It never expires and doesn't need a card. You get 1 channel, 30 posts a month and 125 credits, and you upgrade only when you need more.
What counts as a channel post?
One post published to one channel. Instant and scheduled posts count the same way, so a post sent to three channels counts as three. Drafts don't count, and neither does a post that fails to publish.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the things that cost us money each time you use them: AI and posting to X. An AI design is 10 credits for a single image and 5 credits more for each carousel slide after the first, an edit to it 5 credits, an AI caption 5 credits, a post to X 5 credits per account (50 credits if it contains a link, because X charges extra for those), and reading a post's analytics on X 2 credits. Publishing to every other network uses no credits.
Do credits roll over?
Your plan's monthly credits reset on the 1st and don't roll over. Top-up credits last 12 months and are used only after the monthly ones run out. If an AI action fails on our side, its credits are returned.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI and X pause until the 1st; scheduling and publishing to other networks carry on. To keep going sooner, add AI Plus (1,500 more credits a month for $15) or buy a top-up: 1,000 for $10 or 3,000 for $25.
Is AI available on my account now?
Yes, on every plan, Free included. AI designs posts and carousels, edits them on request and imports brand kits, using your monthly credits. Publishing, the calendar, analytics and comments never use credits, except on X.
Can I post to X?
Yes, on paid plans. X charges us per post, so each post to an X account uses 5 credits, or 50 credits if it contains a link. A first comment counts as a post, and credits come back if a post doesn't go out.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing already scheduled is cancelled. You'll see how much you've used and what the next plan includes, and you can upgrade in a couple of clicks. Monthly post and credit allowances reset on the 1st.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or cancel from your billing settings; to move to a smaller plan, email us. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Which currency will I pay in?
US dollars. Creem, our merchant of record, handles payment and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout. Your bank may convert the charge to your own currency.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the period you've paid for ends. We always refund duplicate or unauthorised charges. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
